In the final seconds of the game, Austin Moen scored off a free kick to tie the game 1-1 and send the game into penalty kicks.

After P.J. Sullivan made a tremendous save, Brett Fuchs scored the final penalty kick to give Vista the win. The Varsity team has now won the Crosstown Cup four years in a row.
